About the Role:
Creative Palette in Lewis Center, OH is looking for a skilled LED Sign Production Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in bringing eye-catching signage to life — from assembly to final installation. Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire LED sign components, modules, and display panels according to production specifications
- Program and test LED sign systems to ensure proper functionality and visual performance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in LED signage
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and work orders
- Perform quality control inspections on finished signs before delivery or installation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
- Coordinate with design and installation teams to meet project timelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in LED sign production, electronics assembly, or a related trade
- Working knowledge of low-voltage wiring, electrical systems, and LED technology
- Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required
